U.S. Ambassador to Mozambique Dean Pittman presents a certificate of completion to Colonel Paulino Alexandre Como for his participation in a July strategy development workshop at the Institute for Superior Defense Studies (ISEDEF) from July 11 – 13 in Maputo. The three-day workshop was led by two visiting American professors from the U.S. Naval War College.
