There are many determined and talented Mozambican students interested in pursuing higher education in the United States, however many  do not know how to access these opportunities. The EducationUSA Program, implemented by the Public Affairs Section of the United States Embassy in Maputo, provides students up-to-date, accurate, and unbiased information on higher education in the U.S.  EducationUSA Mozambique is a part of the EducationUSA network of advising centers affiliated with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. We do not endorse or rank any college or university, nor do we endorse services provided by any company or organization in areas of test preparation, admissions, placement, language training, or visa procurement.

The EducationUSA Advising Center in Maputo is located in the American Cultural Center-Martin Luther King. It provides special programs, events, and resources for students interested in studying in the United States, as well as individual, group, and virtual (e-mail) educational advising.
